Shipping

In order to deliver on our promise of exceptional personal service, we will make every attempt to ship all in-stock items within one business day. However we guarantee shipment within three business days of order date.

How do I place an order to be picked up in your store?

At checkout, choose the "pick up in store" shipping option from the drop-down menu.

Do you ship international?

Yes- Israel, Canada, Mexico, and the UK - we ship usps for a flat fee of 14.95. Items will arrive within 6-10 days. We also offer an option of usps for 8.95 with no time commitment  (can take up to 30 days). Both options are available with shipping insurance for an additional $5.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Return of unworn, unused merchandise in brand new condition is accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. To process a return, email returns@bitzofglitzonline.com, and a customer representative will guide you with the return process. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Refund for merchandise will be issued as a credit on to the credit card purchased with.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If item arrives defective, please contact customer service at returns@bitzofglitzonline.com within 7 days of purchase. If an item breaks with minimal wear we will repair it within 30 days of purchase.

Jewelry Care

Are the posts hypo-allergenic, lead and nickel free?

YES! The majority of our ear wires and posts are sterling silver or 14kt gold vermeil. Those that are not, are stated so in the item description. Our entire line of Little Miss Glitz children's collection is sterling silver with 14k gold finish.

Can I expect my jewels to tarnish?

Silver jewelry and vermeil look bright and gorgeous when new. With time the jewelry may change in color and turn yellowish and even black. Tarnishing is a natural process and occurs on even high quality jewelry. You just need to take good care of it to keep it looking just right.

So, how can I treat my jewelry right?

Your jewels should be last on, first off.
Don't store your jewelry in any humid places (like the bathroom!)
Best to store in an airtight zip plastic bag.
Keep your jewels away from water (think shower, pool...)
Never let little ones pull on your jewelry! We can't stand behind items that are damaged due to being pulled on by your little one.

What is gold tone?

In our fashion line, we will offer gold tone pieces that offer a great look at a great price. Please note that over time gold plating may wear off and this is normal, not a manufacturing defect.

Our commitment to quality and safety is very important to us and our Little Girls line is no exception!

Our girl's jewelry is not recommended for children under three, and may be harmful if eaten or chewed.

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Currently we do not offer gift certificates online but we are working diligently to give you this option soon. Stay tuned for details! We do offer gift certificates to be used in our retail store. To order a gift certificate to be used in store, please email sales@bitzofglitzonline.com.
